The maximum control system constitutes the General associate Assembly
that meets once to the year ordinarily and extraordinarily whichever
times it considers the Board of directors or the associate in the form
anticipated in the Statutes opportune.
The Board of directors formed by a
minimum of six retailers who renew every two years, is the one that is in charge to make the
management of the Association. For it, it counts on the support of the
Commissions of Work:
- Urbanism: She is the one in charge to
maintain the surroundings urban of the Old Helmet. Through the same one the repairs and
the correct operation of certain municipal services like water, gas,
lighting system, cleaning, road, monitoring are controlled, more. |

One is also in charge of the institutional relations with the City
council, Delegation, Surbisa, etc., in the matter of its competition
like Special Plan, infrastructure Works, Historical Patrimony, Cleaning of
painted, more.
- Promotion and Publicity: As its name indicates is the one in charge
to structure and to carry out the different campaigns from publicity
and acts of commercial animation that are made with the purpose of promoting the commerce of the Old Helmet.
- Inner: It is the created
Commission to manage the relations between the Association and its
associate, to catch new associate and to study the creation of services that facilitate the development of the commercial activity to
the members of the Association. This Commission is also in charge to
maintain the relations with the Vowels of Street.
The Vowels of Street are one or several people by street who are in
charge to maintain a fluid communication between the Board of directors and the rest of associate, transmitting restlessness,
messages, etc., of more direct and fast form. In some streets, specially dynamic, acts or own promotions
are organized, counting for it with total autonomy. |
